A huge component of sexual empowerment is about not feeling guilty about surrounding yourself with the things that make you happy.

There is no shame in desthe-importance-of-an-opulent-sex-lifeiring. There is no shame in wanting to surround yourself with beauty. There is no shame in enjoying the things you enjoy.

Allowing yourself an opulent sex life involves two important steps to the sexually empowered life: release and permission. Making space for the sexual self you’ve been waiting for and giving yourself permission to be your most erotically authentic self.
